For years we have been welcoming daycares, schools and day camps to come and explore the world of circus and gymnastics with us! During your visit (generally held from 10 am to 2 pm) our staff of coaches and animators will take charge of your groups during the activities (except during lunch).Adults can take advantage of our staff room to hold meetings, work on lesson plans or simply just to sit back and relax, we have cable t.v., DVD and Wi-Fi!

Activities:

• Gymnastics:

  • Acrobatics (on the floor, mini and large trampoline, front & back rolls, cartwheels, roundoffs, walking on hands, etc.)
  • Uneven bars
  • Balance beams
  • Vault
  • Agility courses
  • Trampoline and tumble track

• Circus:

  • Balancing acts on material (beam, tight wire, walking globe, rola-bola, physitubes, etc.)
  • Juggling (balls, scarves, rings, diabolo, flower sticks, and spinning plates)
  • Acrobatics
  • Aerial (dance trapeze, silks, hoop, rope, etc.)
  • Human pyramids

Typical schedule (schedules are flexible):
10 am - 2 pm 

Lunch (30 minutes):
Bring a cold lunch

What to wear:
Athletic clothing required (nothing with zippers)
No jewelry
Long hair must be tied up
